Do you know Yves Klein’s blue? It is the color depicted in the canvas above (International Klein Blue or IKB). I feel it is not randomly called ‘electric blue’ nowadays. It vibrates like a string, no? Just look closer. It’s magic.

Robert Longo used charcoal and graphite on paper and created in 1979 this body of work known as “Men in the cities/Men trapped in ice”. I came across it recently; I think it is interesting as it captures with tension and agony the essence of the growing human.

Is he a falling man? What is he fighting for?

I believe in the “Manifesto of Surrealism”.

Francois Marie Banier is a magnificent artist from Paris.

He is a photographer, painter and writer that goes beyond multicolor pop sensors by exploring translations of inspiring instant moments in combination with meaningful words, unique handwriting and brushstroke touches.  





His latest project of artwork, VIVE LA VIE, highlights once more all his spirited talents and results in bright and insightful creations. [This poem for life run under the collaboration of fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg and model Natalia Vodianova and is now available as an illustrated throughout edition by STEIDL Photography International.]
